My Meditations

Over 25% of people in the UK use or have used meditation for their mental well-being.


I’ve been teaching meditation in Worksop for over 4 years, encouraging people to enjoy and expand their own practice.


This year I have seen the demand for classes increase, as a result I have created My Meditations, which offers 3 options for individuals to start/ progress their practice at their own pace, in their own way.


1) Join one of our classes


2) Hire our mediation tent- mediate alone or with a friend in our beautiful bell tent in one of our meditation gardens.


3) Hire a couch, use our EEG (Electroencephalogram) headband, with the Muse Meditation app, and monitor your own progress on your phone.


Giving you the opportunity to work out the best way for you to enjoy meditation in your life, with someone on hand to help and guide you along the way (if needed).
